How can we help?
Activation, device codes, lost keys, compatibility — the answers to the questions we hear most.
FAQ
Frequently asked questions.
Compatibility is listed on every product page. If your model is not on the list, write to us. [POLICY — to be confirmed by the owner: whether and how new device models get added.]
How do I activate a Pro watch face?
Install the face from the Garmin Connect IQ Store and set it as your watch face. Your watch face shows the 8-character device code on the dial itself, in the lower part of the screen, on the line that starts with "CODE" — while the face is still in Free mode. Buy the Pro unlock with that code, then paste the key you receive into the Unlock key field in the watch face's settings (Garmin Connect → Garmin Devices → your watch → Appearance (or Activities & Applications) → Watch Faces → your KYNVOR face → Settings). Dashes are optional. The face switches to Pro on the next refresh. Cannot find it? The Connect IQ Store app gets to the same screen: Connect IQ Store app → Device → My Watch Faces → the face → Settings → Save.
Where do I find my device code?
Read it off the watch face itself — not off any settings screen. With the face installed and running in Free mode, the lower part of the dial shows "PRO: kynvor.watch" and, just below that, a line beginning with "CODE": the 8 characters after that word are your device code. It is not in Garmin Connect — that settings screen holds only the "Unlock key" and "Accent color" fields. Once Pro is unlocked the line is replaced by your battery reading, which is how you can tell the key went in. The code is 8 characters, letters and digits, and is unique to your watch — it is not your serial number.
I lost my key. How do I get it back?
Use the restore form on the activation page with the address you bought with. We email a link to every key still active on it — keys are never shown to whoever fills in the form. Your purchase email carries the same link, so keep it. That link opens your key, so treat it like the key itself and do not forward it on.
Which Garmin watches are supported?
The Compatibility panel on each product page is the list to trust — it mirrors what that face is actually built for. Today that is the fēnix, epix, Forerunner and Venu families. A family being listed does not mean every model in it: support depends on screen shape and Connect IQ version.
Does the key work on more than one watch?
A key is issued for one device code, so it unlocks the face on that one watch. [POLICY — to be confirmed by the owner: what happens when you replace your watch and need the key moved to a new device code.]
What is the difference between Standard and Pro?
Standard is free and shows the essential layout. Pro unlocks the locked data blocks on the dial — steps, heart rate and battery — and the accent colour choice, for that face on that watch.
Can I get a refund?
A 30-day money back guarantee is planned. [POLICY — to be confirmed by the owner: the refund policy is still a draft, see the Refund Policy page.]
Still stuck?
Lost the key you paid for? Send it to yourself — it goes to the address you bought with, and no one has to read it out.
Anything else: write to us with your watch model and your 8-character device code (never your key). [SUPPORT INBOX — placeholder: the support mailbox will be connected by the owner.]
