These terms cover the use of KYNVOR watch faces and the license keys that unlock their Pro features. The sections below are the agreed structure; the binding legal text is still being finalized.
1. License
A Pro purchase grants a personal, non-transferable license to use the unlocked features of that watch face on the single Garmin device identified by the device code used at checkout.
2. Permitted and prohibited use
